She excels at putting people together with the right home. When it’s time to sell your place Morgan will work extraordinarily hard to make that happen. From advice on things to do pre-sale, to staging our house when it was ready to go on the market, she was actively involved. When she listed our house it went on the market the day after the interest rate went up but that didn’t discourage her. She held 12 open houses and had over 50 showings until the right family came along. She walked us through every step of the process until we had a successful closure. "Ruth is the best agent ever. She checks in with you at least once a week making sure that your doing well and see if you have any questions. If something needs her attention she solves it. On properties she's very polite to the occupants, and or other agents.. You'd do worse by selecting a different realtor than Ruth"

"Ruth was amazing!! She kept me in the loop every step of the way, she explained everything clearly to make sure it made sense and didn’t skip the fine lines. She was very punctual and made the process go by smoothly with very little stress. (Not like other agents I’ve worked with) I had bad experiences before her but Ruth changed my perspective on how buying a home should be. It’s very obvious she is well educated in the industry and shared a lot of very important knowledge with me, which to me is very important when making such a huge investment. (You don’t ever want it to be just a pen and paper process, you want to be educated on what your doing when buying a home). She was able to answer questions that most other well known agents I’ve spoken with didn’t have a clue about. I had almost bought a home with a completely different agent, the two loan officers that he had me working with kept me hangin for days and weeks, lied to me about everything and were calling me at work trying to have me make phone calls that they should’ve been taking care of. It was beyond stressful. And if I didn’t read the docs they tried to rush me to sign I would’ve put myself into a really bad situation being they decided to change them at the last minute without telling me. Thank goodness for Ruth and her girls, they had compassion and integrity and were good at making things happen quick. They didn’t have me doing all the legwork like the other loan officers did. They were there to help and definitely went the extra mile to make things happen. I’m beyond grateful I did business with Ruth, She’s one of a kind. She is very knowledgeable about the entire home buying and selling process, much more than other agents I have met and dealt with. She works very hard on behalf of her clients, and deals with any issues head on. She helped us buy our first house 8 years ago and did an amazing job. She most recently helped us purchase a mobile home for our parents and was there every step of the way, even helping after we had already moved them in. We ran into a number of issues during the mobile home purchase, with sellers and parks, all of which Ruth was on top of so we didn't have to worry. "From the day I met Ruth Carter to the final closing process was 4 short months and very organized. Ruth was extremely helpful with everything from start to finish! She provided resources and management for all inspections, Title services, an estate sale, clean-up of the property inside and out, painting inside and out, re-flooring, and presentation for sale. Her resources and personal skills are incredible!! She is very experienced, personable, processional, kind and caring. It was only 2 weeks from initial listing to final offer accepted which was incredible and primarily due to her extensive skill, internet resources and preparation.
